We did this Garage Conversion & side extension for our clients in Cardinal Drive KT12. Our clients wanted a new spacious kitchen as the old kitchen was too narrow. We created a large kitchen dining and living area that was perfectly tailored to their needs.
In addition to the kitchen, we also installed a utility room and a toilet. We wanted to ensure that the entire space was both practical and beautiful, so we incorporated stunning sliding doors and a large rooflight in the kitchen. These features brought in plenty of natural light, making even the darker areas of the house feel brighter and more inviting. The project was completed in 2023 and the approx. budget was £150,000.
